People can visit Medo MITR centres and take assistance in booking all types of appointments and all follow-up actions related to healthcare journey.
Job Brief: Role is to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives that includes new acquisition of channel partners & facilities and making them live, train, and complete marketing activities. Increase GHV, business growth, and generate high revenue for the company.
Key deliverables :
Responsible for designing and owning the annual operating plan for rural business consisting of the annual distribution and trade marketing strategy along with budget for the year
Spearhead top line and bottom line for the vertical.
Delivering annual and monthly acquisition targets through rural distribution and sales team
Identify & tie-up with Key partnerships for delivering services through alternate channel.
Identify ways to Start urban business and maximize engagement of self-users.
Design & implement MITR engagement plan for active participation by 90% channel.
Continuously explore avenues to explore new business concepts & partnerships.
Conduct activities & customer engagements so that MITR earns more than per capita of state.
Track and monitor the delivery of sales and marketing plans so as to maximize the output from the channel.
Build, train & lead the Business team as a productive cohesive unit.
Devise out of box new products, business lines, and process improvements.
Find innovative, sustainable & scalable ways to engage healthcare service providers, MedoMITR & customers.
Keep track of all healthcare activities in operational geography and explore all possibilities of revenue enhancement which are in line with mission of the company.
Liaise with government departments for collaborations with government projects.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Suggest new products to be incorporated in the value chain.
Qualifications & Past Experience (15+ yrs.)
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Head.
Have continuously achieved Sales targets
Strong work ethic with proactive communication skills that encourage courageous conversations and decisions.
Rural Distribution & building partnerships.
Data crunching, business and market feedback analysis & strategizing.
Strong in providing training, monitoring performance, and taking quick corrective measures
