Rebert Technologies Pvt. Ltd is looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Head Sales to lead and grow our presence in the Education Technology (EdTech) domain in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet and engage with colleges, educational institutions, and decision-makers.
Convert company-provided leads into opportunities and closures.
Conduct onsite visits to colleges daily (mandatory).
Build strong relationships with institutional stakeholders.
Track sales progress, maintain reports, and achieve monthly targets.
Represent the brand professionally in the region.
Compensation:
?50K to ?2,00,000 per batch (Performance-based compensation + incentives)
Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience in IT or EdTech sales
Male candidates with a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for daily college visits are preferred
On-ground sales experience preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Leads will be provided by the company
Preference
Male candidates are preferred
Local candidates from Pune are preferred
Important Note
Visiting colleges is mandatory
Owning a personal vehicle is essential
