We are looking for experienced and driven professionals to lead our business growth and field teams at a state or a regional level. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, managing a team of field executives, and driving customer success in your region. Key
Responsibilities Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives and account managers. o Drive team productivity and ensure adherence to KPIs.
Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews. Business Development & Sales
Own regional sales targets.
Implement strategies to grow Pepagora's client base.
Build strong SME relationships.
Drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives. Operations & Market Insights
Oversee day-to-day field operations.
Resolve customer issues promptly.
Present data-driven insights and report performance to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of sales experience (B2B/Ed-Tech/SaaS/startups preferred).
Minimum 3 years leading sales teams.
Strong leadership and execution skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
