Rebert EdTech is on a mission to bridge the gap between Campus and Corporate through CampusToCorporate, a 360 training + internship program designed to upskill students with industry-ready technical and professional skills.

We are expanding rapidly across India and are hiring energetic Regional Heads (Sales) to lead partnerships, student outreach, and regional growth.

Role: Regional Head - Sales

As the Regional Head, you will represent Rebert EdTech in your assigned zone, build relationships with colleges, drive student enrollments, and execute regional growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales and enrollment strategies

Build partnerships with TPOs, training & placement cells, faculties, and student bodies

Promote CampusToCorporate through seminars, webinars, and campus events

Recruit and manage campus ambassadors and local marketing partners

Coordinate with the central HR and marketing teams for campaigns and events

Track weekly performance reports and enrollment numbers

Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

Experience in sales, business development, or education marketing preferred

Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented

Leadership or influencer experience is a strong advantage

Comfortable with both on-field networking & remote collaboration

Important Notes (Priority Requirements)

Candidates with experience in the EdTech/Education domain will be given FIRST preference.

Selected candidates MUST have strong active connections within colleges (TPOs, clubs, departments, student communities).
