Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the defence land systems market Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key stakeholders, including DRDO, Defence PSUs, and other government agencies Promote Exicom's cutting-edge defence land systems solutions, including: Wireless communication systems Surveillance equipment Data links for UAV, USV, and UGV solutions Customized solutions for defence applications Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Candidate Profile



Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of defence land systems and technologies Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
