Job Description
Regional Head - Gujarat, Rajasthan , Chandigarh, Orissa, Chattisgarh (Only from broking firm)
- Responsible for Region profitability with core products revenue (equity)
- Handling a team of 25-30 members
- Revenue generation, Client\'s activations, turnover,
- Monitoring of region, certification, branch displays, implementation of policies and maintenance of discipline and compliance.
- Training, drive and tracking of team to achieve the defined business targets on a given time line.
- Monitoring of clients servicing and branch visit for clients meeting and business closer with Branch Managers on joint calls.
- Organize training for team to enhance the product knowledge with our business partner for cross sell products.
