What You'll Do
Reach out to potential clients, salon chains , wellness brands, and partners
Assist in generating leads through calls, WhatsApp messaging, social media, and referrals
Attend client meetings and learn pitching, negotiation, and closing skills
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and affiliates.
Support senior sales team members in negoatiations and deal closing
Understand customer needs and suggest relevant beauty & wellness solutions
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress using simple tools/CRMs
Learn how a startup grows revenue from scratch
Who Can Apply
Freshers, final-year students, or interns looking for real-world experience
Strong communication skills (English/Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
Interest in
beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
