Designation: Regional Head PCG
Location Mumbai (BKC)
Key Responsibilities:
Leading advisory and sales team.
Develop and execute the overall advisory business strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Oversee the development and delivery of advisory services
Drive revenue growth and profitability for the advisory business
Manage and develop the advisory team
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Qualification: Post Graduate/ CA/ MBA
Must have NCFM/AMFI/ IRDA certifications.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience in financial services, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and delivering tailored solutions.
Sound understanding of financial markets, investment and wealth management products like IAP, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and bonds.
Ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling various financial products such as Equity Basket, SIP, Mutual Fund, PMS, and Insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
