Role Summary:
The role holder is responsible for assisting Section Leader/Team Leader in originating leads for building up a liability book and increasing wallet in the existing portfolio for the bank mainly in Ecommerce, Start-ups, Fintech and IT/ITES segments viz. Current Accounts, Nodal Accounts, Escrow Accounts, FD's, Trust Accounts, TASC etc. Core
Responsibilities

  • Acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with the senior management of the existing client base
  • Imbibe bank polices, systems, processes and regulatory framework as applicable to the job.
  • Work under guidance from the reporting authority to analyse the banking needs of existing /target customers and offer them working capital/term loan facilities
  • Should be comfortable to write credit appraisal memos and evaluate the financial health of the company for lending purpose
  • Be adept at financial analysis in context of the banking product being sold to the customer.
  • Understand the product offering from bank and under superior's guidance cross sell the entire suite of banking products.
  • To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners /OSD /Risk Management and other Relationship management groups
  • Achieve Bank's objective in terms of revenue, liability book increment, CMS and DB products cross sell, FDI etc. as per agreed budgets/targets.
  • Maintain accurate information regarding the liability portfolio, P&L, cross sell as part of the CRM/portfolio management
  • The primary focus will be on e-Commerce, Fintech, Gaming, IT & ITES, Digital NBFC space.
  • Seek and acquire new client relationships by understanding the customers financial needs and provide suitable solutions in terms of providing bank products and services
  • Manage the client relationships by handling activities ranging from identifying clients financial needs, advising, structuring the deal, preparing the terms and conditions and closing the deal
  • Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage client relationships accordingly to optimize risk-reward for the Bank
Communication/PR of Banks products
  • Undertakes brand communication initiatives for designated products
  • Illustrates understanding of consumers, competition and current market conditions through primary and secondary research
Credit Appraisal
  • Appraisal of the proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions
Documentation and Compliance.
