Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Representative to drive business growth for CALIM Tech in the South/ West India region. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling CALIM's technology and consultancy solutions, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations with prospects. Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in South India. Provide feedback from the field to help improve CALIM's offerings and market approach. Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market intelligence.
Requirements

Proven track record in field sales, preferably in technology, ERP, or consultancy solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results under a commission-based structure. Willingness to travel extensively across the South/West India India region. Minimum qualification: Graduate in Business/Marketing/Technology (preferred but not mandatory).
