Job Description

We are sourcing for Regional Finance Managers for our clients in Personal Care products having a global turnover exceeding - 35.5 billion (US$440 million) (FY21) with 10000+ employees.

There are currently 4 positions on offer which will be located at the four metros (Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Bengaluru) and will take care of the organization\'s sales finance operations for North, East, West and South respectively.

Position : Regional Finance Manager

Reporting To : Head Commercial

Base Location : Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Mumbai & Bangalore (04 positions)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Planning, Forecasting, performance reporting, marketing analytics

- Knowledge of market trends, competition analytics and next best industry practice

- Cost optimization, process improvement to ensure due diligence, governance and compliance

- Business Partner to the branch head in ensuring achievement of annual operations planning sales & Profit after tax margins.

- Mitigation of business risk and enterprise risk while upholding organizational objectives

- Alignment of all branch activities to achieve business strategies approved by head office

- Responsible for Branch Financials, MIS, GST and Other regulatory requirements
