Job Summary

The person is responsible for day to day overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding assets, optimizing financial performance, and supporting executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Preparation and analysis of quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements Oversee general ledger integrity and month-end/year-end close processes Design and implement robust internal control frameworks Ensure adherence to statutory and tax obligations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings

Operational Oversight

Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll functions Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

Qualifications & Skills

Requirement Details

Education - CA, Mandatory

Experience - 1-3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
