We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director - Sales to drive enterprise growth across BFSI, Automobile, and Telecommunications verticals. This role is ideal for a strategic, target-driven professional with a deep understanding of enterprise communications and SaaS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Enterprise Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients in BFSI, Automobile, and Telecommunications sectors.

? Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

? Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

? End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle -- from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

? Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the CPaaS and enterprise communication domain.

? Revenue Accountability: Drive sustainable revenue growth through consistent pipeline management and conversion.

Requirements

? 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically in CPaaS, middleware, or communication platform software sales.

? Strong network and connections in BFSI, Automobile, or Telecom verticals.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets.

? Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

? Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation ? CTC: ₹12 LPA (Fixed) + ?8 LPA (Variable) = ?20 LPA Total

? Variable Pay: Disbursed quarterly based on performance metrics. What We Offer
