The Regional Director India & South Asia is a pivotal role which requires a unique blend of strategic foresight and decisive action to drive the successful execution of ENZ's "Go to Market" plans in key Asian markets.



As an experienced results-driven leader you'll ensure every initiative aligns with ENZ's strategic objectives, champion fresh-thinking, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes that elevate our global impact.

As Regional Director India & South Asia, you'll also hold the diplomatic title of Counsellor (Education), representing the New Zealand Government in managing vital bilateral government-to-government education relationships.

To be successful in this role you will have: -


Demonstrated success in leading work programmes across several countries, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable impact and results Proven experience of leading and managing a culturally diverse and regionally dispersed team Senior public and / or private sector experience gained overseas and / or in New Zealand Sound commercial acumen, expertise, and presence Strong understanding of political and cultural dynamics in global markets
