Responsible for the CV & CE portfolio of the region and manage a team of Area Credit Managers & ensure team adheres to credit policy, processes & compliances
KRAs :

• Understands the KPIs/goals and takes full accountability to deliver for the zone & overall team performance.
• To understand the management goals & align/ drive the team towards the target.
• Setting up & Monitoring processes related to policy/process & timely decision on all applications being processed.

Monitoring of the portfolio, analysis of delinquent cases.
Reviewing QM cases & thereby sharing the learnings to the team.
Basis review to arrive with a definite corrective action plan.

• Liaison with industry peer banks & financial institutions to understand the market behavior.
• To look proactively at best practices across industries and businesses and try adapting them to own context.
• To interact closely with other functions such as Sales /Operations/ CSS/ Collections in ensuring smooth delivery of objectives.
• To interact with stake holders and providing inputs on policy and processes
• Audit & regulatory compliance on all aspects stipulated by central team.
