Regional Credit Manager- Commercial Vehicle
Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
Credit Assessment:
- Appraise/Underwrite the loans within defined policy guidelines and accordingly recommend to appropriate authority for approval.
- Thorough checking of the application file as per the laid down policy/process guidelines
- Assess the income, ability, intention and credit behaviour of the applicant and verify documents and reference checks, bureau checks, along with the customer due diligence
- Understanding the nature of business of the applicant(s), identifying risk associated and ascertaining the revenue stream
- Evaluate all the credit risk parameters and implement measures to mitigate the same
- Prepare the credit approval memo and manage the overall TAT and approval rate.
Credit Monitoring:
- Ensure strict adherence to the laid down policy and process
- Ensure portfolio quality
- Periodic monitoring of Exception approvals/Reject analysis and inference.
- Ensure Credit Quality and maintain the Credit Cost under control
