Position:
Corporate Sales Head
Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Head will lead and scale corporate revenue across assigned regions by building strong partnerships with Aggregators, Government & PSU bodies, SMEs, and large enterprises. This role owns regional strategy, revenue targets, team performance, and key account growth through both direct and indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive corporate empanelments and renewals across Aggregators, Government, PSU, SME, and large enterprise accounts
Lead Annual Corporate Health Check-up (AHC) programs and preventive healthcare initiatives across the region
Build, manage, and mentor corporate sales teams; set targets and ensure consistent achievement
Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract closures for large and strategic regional accounts
Execute hunting and farming strategies to acquire new corporate partnerships and grow revenue from existing accounts
Track pipeline, revenue performance, and market opportunities
Work closely with hospital units, operations, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Who Can Apply?
Graduate or MBA (Marketing / Sales / Healthcare preferred)
1015 years of experience in corporate sales, healthcare B2B sales, insurance, TPAs, AHCs, or aggregator management
Proven track record of driving regional or multi-city corporate revenue growth
Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management expertise
Experience managing large teams and key/strategic accounts across locations
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and leadership presence
