We are hiring a
Regional Coordinator - South India & Offshore
who will manage student applications from the South Indian region and offshore markets. The selected candidate will coordinate closely with our office team in Chandigarh.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage enquiries and applications from South India & offshore markets
Coordinate application processing with the Chandigarh office team
Communicate with education agents and students
Follow up for documents, offers, COEs and visa requirements
Conduct student counselling (online/offline)
Attend regional promotions, seminars, and education fairs
Maintain reports, leads, conversions and performance tracking
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in international education counselling / admissions
Knowledge of Australian education system preferred
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Ability to travel within the region if required
Proficient in MS Office and online systems
Preferred Skills:
Good English and regional language communication
Strong organisational ability and follow-up
Customer service focused and proactive
