Inventory Audit Division
. The role involves planning and executing audit schedules, managing audit teams, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring seamless field execution on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Execution:
Ensure smooth and timely execution of inventory audits across all assigned client locations as per the plan.
Team Management:
Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of field auditors. Assign roles, set expectations, and monitor daily performance.
Roster Planning:
Prepare and circulate daily/weekly auditor deployment rosters. Ensure proper manpower allocation based on audit size and complexity.
Client Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for regional clients during audits. Share schedules, resolve site issues, and escalate concerns promptly.
Operational Planning:
Work closely with central planning team to finalize audit calendars, resource mobilization, and logistics.
Expense Management:
Handle and account for petty cash and local expenses incurred during audits. Maintain records and submit expense reports for approval.
Daily Reporting:
Ensure timely updates and MIS reporting on audit progress, team status, and any exceptions or delays.

Selection Criteria:Education & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related fields (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in audit coordination, field operations, retail audit, or a similar role.
Prior team handling and field deployment experience is a strong advantage.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Comfort with local travel and working extended hours when required.
