Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Flexibility to travel to sites across North India; Bangalore travel as needed)

About the Role

We are hiring a

Regional Construction Operations Manager

to oversee execution and workforce deployment across multiple projects in North India. This role involves close coordination with project managers, clients, and HR teams to ensure smooth site operations, workforce efficiency, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Oversight:

Supervise day-to-day activities at multiple construction sites across the region.

Workforce Coordination:

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely deployment of skilled and unskilled workers.

Project Delivery:

Monitor timelines, manpower planning, and resource utilization for smooth project execution.

Client Management:

Act as an escalation point for client queries related to site workforce and operations.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to site safety norms, labor compliance, and company standards.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on workforce deployment, site progress, and operational challenges to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / or equivalent. 7+ years of experience in

construction site operations or workforce management

. Strong understanding of construction processes and project execution. Ability to manage

large dispersed workforces

. Willingness to travel frequently across sites on short notice. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
