About the Role:

We are looking for a Regional

Construction

Operations Manager to manage and support our operational project sites across the NCR region. This person will lead site activities, handle team mobilization, ensure smooth daily operations, and coordinate with clients. Man-management and Client-management are the two most important skills required in this role. In addition, the role requires someone who is proactive, responsible, and ready to travel across different sites.

What You'll Do:

Quickly set up new sites by arranging construction manpower and resources Keep the workforce stable. Make sure site staff attendance is tracked properly and on time Submit accurate bills and documents to clients without delays Travel to sites when needed and act as Site Incharge during new site launches

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of experience in Construction Operations, or Factory operations, or Field force management Strong people management and coordination skills Willing to travel regularly across NCR Must be based in Gurugram or ready to relocate to Gurugram Work from office is required (no remote option). Office is at Sector 106 in Gurugram
