Ensure statutory compliance across all project sites and establishments in the East Region, including labour laws, licensing, vendor compliance, and audits. Monitor and track compliance status through periodic audits, inspections, and reports. Partner with project managers, site teams, and vendors to address compliance gaps and drive adherence to company policies. Manage responses to legal notices and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution. Conduct compliance awareness sessions for employees and contractors. Maintain updated records of licenses, registrations, and statutory documentation.
