Job Description
Hiring Collection manager responsible for handling PAN India branch collections for a leading NBFC in Mumbai.Experience:
? Total of 9-12 years of collection/debt recovery in Business loans experience
? Of which at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
? Should be handling multiple branches and a team of collectors / Team leadersJob description: ? Understanding the collection strategy from the seniors
? Allocation of collectible cases to the field team
? Plan to implement the collection strategy at the beginning of the month
? Allocations to be done on the system
? Tracking the collection effort and intensity on a daily basis
? Taking corrective actions, course correction basis the effort tracking
? Understanding and delivering on collection targets across all buckets on a consistent basis
? Recommending and coordinating the legal recovery actions against specific customers
? Tracking the progress of legal cases
? Driving settlements with chronic defaulters
? Coordinating with the risk management team, portfolio managers to understand the
