Copper Chimney, one of India's most iconic culinary brands, is looking for an experienced Regional Chef - North Indian Cuisine to lead our culinary operations across multiple outlets in Mumbai.
Role Overview
We are seeking a culinary expert with deep mastery in North Indian cuisine--tandoor, kebabs, curries, breads--who can uphold and elevate Copper Chimney's legendary flavors. This role involves overseeing outlet kitchens, ensuring recipe consistency, training teams, managing food quality, and driving culinary excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee North Indian food production, taste, and quality across multiple outlets
Ensure strict adherence to brand recipes and culinary SOPs
Train and mentor outlet chefs and kitchen teams
Manage inventory, food cost, and kitchen operational standards
Support new store openings and menu innovations
What We're Looking For
8-12+ years of experience in North Indian cuisine
Strong Tandoor & Curry expertise
Experience leading kitchen teams or managing multiple outlets
Knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and cost control
Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
