Objectives of the position

? Target achievement according to KPIs in GIE-Production footprint 4STH

? Goal achievement according to personal goal agreement (MbO)

Is responsible for:

? Coordination of regional change request / BME / phase out

? Control of local/regional change request related KPIs and standards

? Managing local and global Change requests and the realizations (ECR, ECN, MCN)

? Active knowledge transfer in the global operational environment

? Proactive communication with employees, superiors and interfaces

Education and professional experience:

? Completed commercial or technical vocational training

? Studies of a technical subject area or state certified technician

? Professional experience with regular stays abroad desirable

? Advanced english skills

? PC skills (e.g. MS Office, SAP, teamcenter)

? Knowledge of project management

? Basics of business administration

? Guidance and consulting

? Engineering knowledge

? Strategic planning
