About the Role


Epiroc in India is among the Top 10 entities for Epiroc Group with a unique position having two Production companies (one in Nashik and one in Hyderabad, together producing products for all divisions), one Global Engineering center in Bengaluru (with +500 engineers) and a Sales company headquartered in Pune.

The Finance RCoE is responsible for delivering key financial services, including Accounting to Reporting, Purchase to Pay, Travel Expense Auditing, and Cash Application for all Epiroc entities in India. As the RCoE Manager - Finance, you will lead, manage, and continuously develop this team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee the delivery of Finance services across Accounting to Reporting, Purchase to Pay, and Order to Cash for all Epiroc entities in India. Lead, mentor, and develop the CoE Finance team to maximize performance and minimize turnover. Foster strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including General Managers, Business Controllers, and other key partners. Serve as a member of the India Excellence Board, driving Finance transformation through the six transformation elements. Continuously improve processes by leveraging digitalization and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance efficiency. Identify and implement LEAN methodology and efficiency-driven process improvements. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to ensure performance targets are met. Ensure cost efficiency and operational effectiveness to achieve annual efficiency targets. Collaborate with the Global Epiroc Finance Community, including the Global Center of Excellence and the Epiroc Group Reporting function, to drive continuous improvements and ensure accurate, timely reporting.



Reporting & Work Location


You will report to the Vice President, Controlling & Finance, Epiroc India, and will be based in Pune, India. The role requires some travel within India.

What You Need to Succeed

Education & Experience
Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / equivalent university degree in Finance or Business Administration. Extensive experience in accounting and finance within multinational companies. 5-10 years of leadership experience within a multinational Shared Services or CoE environment. Strong change management and leadership abilities. Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
