Titan, a leading watch brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. As the Regional Business Manager for our Mainline Watches division, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the business operations in the assigned region.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned region Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retailers Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify potential business opportunities Conduct regular market visits and provide timely feedback to the management team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Continuously strive to improve processes and drive efficiency in the region


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business management, preferably in the watch industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the assigned region
