Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Business Manager Non-IT Staffing to drive revenue growth, client expansion, and operational excellence for our Non-Tech Contract Staffing / Staff Augmentation business. This is a leadership role critical to the growth journey of CIEL HR, with a strong focus on business development, account management, and team leadership.
Role Summary:
The incumbent will own end-to-end revenue responsibility (top-line and bottom-line), lead recruitment and delivery teams, manage key client relationships, and expand the Non-IT staffing business across the region. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to scale operations and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue through new client acquisition, account mining, and staffing deployments
• Build and grow long-term client relationships and manage key accounts end-to-end
• Lead and scale high-performing teams across recruitment, delivery, and business development
• Oversee contract negotiations, client onboarding, and service agreements
• Ensure SLA adherence, resource deployment, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Payroll, Compliance, Finance, HR, and MaFoi to ensure seamless delivery
• Track business performance through defined KPIs, forecasts, and reports
