Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Regional Business Manager
to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent client engagement skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
Present and demonstrate Dataseed's capabilities in custom app development, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in technology sales, preferably in custom software or automation services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?390,000.00 per year
