Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth/ Team Handling

Drive franchise sales to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve franchise partner sales targets and expand the franchise network.

Identify, generate, and qualify prospective franchise leads through marketing campaigns, networking, referrals, and business events.

Monitoring Team performance and working and encourage them to achieve target.

Monitor franchisee performance and ensure alignment with company sales objectives.

Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as the primary point of contact.

Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to franchisees to maximize business potential.

Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure franchise partners adhere to company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements.

Conduct periodic performance reviews and audits of franchise operations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support franchise success.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular sales and expansion reports for senior management.

Track KPIs related to franchise performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?850,000.00 per year
