Manage and grow the business loan portfolio across the assigned region
Achieve regional targets for business loan logins, approvals, disbursements, and revenue
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of field sales teams, relationship managers, and channel partners
Build, expand, and manage multi-channel sourcing (DSAs, connectors, brokers, alliances)
Ensure high-quality sourcing with minimal rejections, deviations, and portfolio risks
Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams to optimize loan processing and TAT
Maintain strong relationships with key business clients and channel partners
Monitor regional performance through MIS, dashboards, and reporting metrics
Identify new markets, geographies, and customer segments for expansion
Ensure compliance with RBI norms, lender policies, and internal SOPs
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and business feedback to senior management
Drive initiatives to improve productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction across the region
Support risk management and portfolio quality initiatives
Mentor and develop regional teams to achieve consistent growth and targets
