Regional Business Lead manages Norit Activated Carbon business in India. He/she works with global, regional, and local teams to develop Norit business goals for India as well as market plans to attain those goals. The Regional Business Lead manages and leads 1 direct report. In this role, it is important to appropriately balance the need to deliver in the short term with the overarching goal of establishing a broader platform for sustainable future growth in India. In cooperation with global, regional, and local team develop strategies aimed at attaining Norit business goals in India.
Implementation of Norit business strategies & market plan in India.
Develop and strengthen business relationships with key people such as agents/wholesalers/customers.
Lead India Sales team & work closely with marketing, supply chain and product management to achieve goals.
Monitor and understand product/market trends through close communication with agencies/customers and identify opportunities to profitably increase market share.
Provide overall management of the Norit operations in India and directly manage the sales employee.
Support Business Development activities in India such as OEM contracts and provide market insights, strategic input and business case development as needed.
Consistent use of Salesforce.com for maintaining up to date "living documents" and contain the ComStrat, Balance of Power and ENS negotiations preparation documents.
