Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Business Head, your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and revenue generation strategies to achieve company objectives.
Formulate annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with company goals.
Adjust strategies based on market trends, competitor activities, and performance insights.
2. Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments (sales, marketing, etc.).
Ensure efficient resource utilization and streamline processes for maximum productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business targets are met.
3. Financial Planning and Budget Management
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and profit & loss (P&L) statements.
Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Optimize revenue generation and maintain cost-efficiency across departments
4. Team Leadership and Organizational Development
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven work culture.
Oversee talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.
5. Sales Execution and Channel Development:
Drive national business targets and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Supervise sales teams, enforce forecasting accuracy, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Expand direct and indirect channel networks and forge strategic partnerships to boost market reach..
6. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and trends for revenue growth.
Analyze competitor activities and industry shifts to fine-tune sales and marketing strategies.
Identify and prioritize high-potential markets and customer segments.
7. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and account growth.
8. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and trend analyses to senior management.
Provide strategic recommendations based on sales data and market insights.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
9. Budget Management:
Manage the national sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
Maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
10. Compliance and Ethical Standards:
Ensure all sales and operational activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

SALARY : 9 LPA and above based on skills and experience
