Provide leadership to Sales, Business Development, and Order Servicing initiatives and activities in the Region.
Stay in touch with target market in the allocated geography, and ensure availability of comprehensive and accurate information of market size, customers, and competitors
Set Revenue targets for the region in line with overall business goals of the company, and set clear performance expectations for Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Guide the Sales team in developing their sales plans, and in executing them effectively.
Finalize contracts with customers in accordance with company's policies and processes
Monitor all Order servicing activities and ensure that they are being carried out effectively
Liaise with Operations Planning group and keep track of order execution
Onboard personnel placed in the region as per approved processes.
