Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence & Analytics

Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting frameworks for regional IFM operations o Conduct deep-dive analysis of facilities performance metrics, KPIs, and operational data o Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements across regional portfolio o Create predictive models and forecasting tools to support strategic planning o Analyze business data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights o Collaborate with Facilities Managers, Operations Managers, and stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies

CMMS Systems Management & Technology

Oversee CMMS implementation, optimization, and data integrity across regional facilities o Develop advanced reporting capabilities and custom analytics within CMMS platforms o Ensure data quality, standardization, and best practices across all systems o Lead system integrations and process improvements o Support technology evaluation and vendor management processes

Strategic Analysis & Business Development

Conduct research and analysis to support business cases for new projects and initiatives o Design and present data-driven solutions to address operational challenges o Prepare comprehensive business cases and ROI analysis for improvement initiatives o Support budget planning and financial analysis activities o Assist with client presentations, reports, and strategic communications

Reporting & Performance Management

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with timely and accurate KPI information o Create standardized reporting templates and automated workflows o Develop innovative approaches to facilities data management and analysis o Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior leadership

Training & Knowledge Management

Design and deliver training programs on BI tools, CMMS systems, and data analysis techniques o Provide training and support to facilities management staff on new tools and processes o Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for regional teams o Develop user guides, documentation, and standard operating procedures o Mentor team members on data analytics and reporting best practices

Program Implementation & Change Management

Lead regional rollout of new BI initiatives and technology implementations o Manage change management processes for system upgrades and new tools o Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery o Monitor adoption rates and provide ongoing support

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency o Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies o Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices o Collaborate with regional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies o Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify optimization opportunities

Operations Support & Stakeholder Management

Provide support for day-to-day operational challenges and escalations oSupport regional leadership in strategic decision-making and problem resolution o Act as liaison between regional operations and corporate teams o Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth

Additional Responsibilities

Contribute to regional and global best practice sharing initiatives o Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management o Support corporate initiatives and cross-functional projects
