Develop and execute a regional admission strategy aligned with institutional goals.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets for MBA programs.
Track and report performance metrics and conversion ratios from inquiry to enrollment.
2. Outreach & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder institutions, career counselors, and corporate HR teams.
Represent the institution at education fairs, career expos, and promotional events.
Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions in colleges and coaching centers.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
Manage end-to-end student lead cycle -- from inquiry generation to final admission.
Collaborate with digital marketing and tele-counseling teams for lead nurturing.
Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of quality leads through personalized engagement.
4. Brand Promotion & Regional Presence
Strengthen the MBA college brand within the assigned geography through campaigns and partnerships.
Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
Ensure uniform implementation of admission guidelines, fee structure, and communication standards.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the central admission office for timely updates on seat status, document verification, and student onboarding.
Submit periodic reports on lead flow, conversions, and regional performance.
Train and mentor field counselors or executives working in the assigned region.
