Regional Admin Resource Management Lead
Job Description
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Complete Ownership of managing Resource deployment/ issues/escalation Zone/Region/State/City. 2 Complete ownership of training/onboarding formalities for new hires on VADM and multitask roles. 3 Perform/monitor/supervise roasering of Available resources at exam venues across Zone/Region/State/City 4 To act as POC for all regional resource requirement related queries of Zone/Region/State/City. 5 Coordinate with Staffing/manpower agencies on open positions and other process compliance. 6 Monitoring and reporting of key activities, plans and progresses to IRM. 7 Ensure BGC of resources deployed and compliance on Statutory norms (wages etc) within Zone/Region/State/City. 8 Ensure rotation of manpower at exam centers 9 Training/learning of all new resources before deployment and regular training of deployed staff. 10 Define and own control and Monitoring mechanism.
