Responsible for effective management of OPEX and CAPEX. Timely follow up for legal cases and disputes within the region . Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region. Responsible for ensuring all the audit irregularities are resolved and to be minimised . To address and resolve all customer queries and complaints . Make sure sanctioning all bills submitted by the branches on time as per TAT. Ensure cost effective fund management among branches within the region.
