About the Role:
? The Executive will be responsible for managing and retaining assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals with price uplifts, meeting collection targets, and driving growth through farming and customer engagement.
? The person will report to the Regional Account Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
? Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
? Ensure timely annual contract renewals with appropriate price revisions.
? Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns.
? Monitor and manage collections and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) performance.
? Identify opportunities for up-selling and value-added services.
? Develop new business opportunities (farming) within existing and new customer accounts.
? Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify service gaps and business opportunities.
? Share actionable customer feedback with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction.
? Carry out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned from time to time.

? Good knowledge of the local geography/territory where the role is based
? Proven experience in customer retention and business development
? Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
