About the Role:
The Executive will be responsible for managing and retaining assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals with price uplifts, meeting collection targets, and driving growth through farming and customer engagement.
The person will report to the Regional Account Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Ensure timely annual contract renewals with appropriate price revisions.
Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns.
Monitor and manage collections and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) performance.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and value-added services.
Develop new business opportunities (farming) within existing and new customer accounts.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify service gaps and business opportunities.
Share actionable customer feedback with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Carry out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned from time to time.
