The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set ups by familiarizing educators with brands philosophy, ensuring implementation of curriculum and training Franchise educators in new products & programs.
1.
To extend Pre-launch support by:
Providing information on company and its policies.
Extending support for hiring staff.
Ensuring high level of preparedness through adequate counseling where required.
2.
To regularize Franchise functioning by:
Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training.
Building strong rapport with key partners and seeking their support on implementation of key initiatives and compliance.
Ensuring well planned, purposeful & effective visits to ensure measurable changes.
Ensuring participation in events & celebrations of key franchisees.
Ensuring training and curriculum effectiveness at clusters & individual outlets through Curriculum training, HWD & Annual Day training and Summer Club training at least thrice a year.
Implementing Teacher's Eligibility test.

Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parent Induction Session (PIS), Parental Workshop or any other parent Interactive sessions for securing student enrolments.
Conducting Teacher and Parent Satisfaction Surveys.
Preparing the yearly plan for each pre-school through the Almanac.
4. Ensure compliance and safety adherence by:
Undertaking quarterly audits of franchise facility, operations & educator quality to ensure consistent delivery of service.
Providing details of School Audit and School Summary visits (Admission Figures ). Coordinating with the RSO and facilitating timely safety trainings and audits at the franchises and highlight lapses in safety preparedness if any.
Monitoring and ensuring usage of Parents App by all schools.
Completing documentation for each centre through reports sent to each partner.
Ensuring at least 2-3 visits in upcountry markets.
5.
Effective Planning and streamlining responsibilities for greater efficiency by:
Planning the training and visit calendar for self and others depending on business criticalities.
Ensuring efficient allotment of responsibilities and timeliness for the team.
6.
Provide leadership to the regional academic operations team by
:
Efficient allotment of work.
Coaching and guiding team members in performance enhancement.
Managing attrition in the team.
Recruiting in time and ensuring top class induction to ensure hiring for success.
7.
Assist in business operations by:
Assisting in tracking and facilitating targeted enrolments.
Assisting in tracking collections and following up where necessary.
Ensuring that all enquiries and admissions are promptly entered into EPMS by the franchisees.
