- Tele Sales - Refyne- Fintech Start up- 2L - 4LResponsibilities :1 Cross-selling and upselling Refyne\'s product to the existing customers.2 Make Outbound calls3 Ability to learn about products and explain them to customers4 Must be able to help increase the company Business.5 Must be comfortable to work in sales.6 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.Day to day work :- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.- Recommends solutions to issues in constructive ways.- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.- Conducts daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.- Is energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
