The Refurbishment Manager oversees the complete reconditioning process of pre-owned and trade-in vehicles to ensure they meet dealership quality, safety, and profitability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end vehicle refurbishment from intake to delivery.
Inspect and assess vehicles to plan repair and refurbishment work.
Coordinate with service, body shop, and parts teams for timely completion.
Control refurbishment costs and maintain profitability.
Track progress and update vehicle status regularly.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Requirements:
Graduate with experience in automotive service/refurbishment (used car or dealership preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
Excellent coordination, time management, and cost-control skills.
Familiarity with DMS/CRM systems.
