Key responsibilities include:
Processing and tracking student refund requests
Coordinating with the finance team for timely disbursements
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Handling related student or internal queries
Requirements:
Graduation in commerce, business administration, or related field
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Basic Excel knowledge and familiarity with financial processes
