to join our sales team in Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing dealer/customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets for refrigerator products.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell refrigerator products to dealers, retailers, and end customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features & benefits to customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Coordinate with marketing and service teams for promotions and after-sales support
Prepare sales reports and update management on performance required
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably consumer durables / appliances)
Educational background:
B. Tech or MBA
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
