Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Refining Operations:

- Refine precious metals, including gold, silver, and other precious metals, using various refining techniques and equipment.

- Recover precious metals from jewelry scrap and waste materials.

2. Quality Control:

- Monitor and control the quality of refined precious metals, ensuring that they meet company standards and customer requirements.

- Conduct regular testing and analysis of refined precious metals.

3. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

- Develop and implement new refining processes and techniques.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure that all refining processes are carried out in a safe and compliant manner, following company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Train and supervise junior refining staff on refining processes and safety procedures.

5. Inventory Management:

- Manage and maintain accurate records of precious metal inventory, including receipts, refining, and dispatch.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in precious metal refining, with a strong understanding of refining processes and techniques.

2. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of precious metal refining, including chemical processes and equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

3. Education: Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
