Job Description

l Management of Digital Properties like Website. Developing Content for the same like doctor's profiles, content on departments, content on procedures. Optimizing the use of search engines (SEO).

l Manage communications and campaigns for referral doctors, and domestic and international patients, and cooperates Social media management, involves the optimum use of blogs, Facebook, Linkedin and the like.

l Market communication material inclusive of video development, patient testimonials, newsletters, clinical newsletters, and the like.

l Business associations with clubs, insurances, corporates, VIP's and celebrities.

l Understanding consumer behavior through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), Market research through primary and secondary data collection.

l Competition mapping.

l Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports as specified by the department head.

l Understand consumer behaviour and suggest creatives for the brand campaigns

l Interact with internal departments to understand the branding requirement and fulfil it.

l Suggest fresh ideas for internal and external stakeholders

l Designing literature for consumers, patients and partners.

l Share intelligence reports on competition creatives.

l Pitching key media stories

l Managing brand activities such as neighborhood camps, corporate events, etc.

l Developing content/testimonials on national and international patient stories

l Event management such as health talks, product launches, media interviews & crises management.

l To build relationships with Regional Media/ Stringers, National & international media.

l Online PR Management

l Media management such as CEO profiling.

l Responsible for end-to-end marketing function for the Mall.

l Conceptualize, plan, develop, budget, and execute marketing communication activities and events to place our product in the market for the Mall.

l Develop an annual calendar of activities and events for the Mall within budget

l Ensure good take-up of all Marcom spaces including ad panels, and kiosks.

l Initiate activities to convert footfalls into sales.

l Monitor and review effectiveness of marketing programs for future rollout (KPIs include tracking shopper and retailer participation, revenues and footfalls etc.)

l Oversee the daily running of the mall's customer service desk. Develop and train Marcom staff.

l Co-ordination and execution of promotional and advertising activities undertaken by tenants and clients.

l Plan the marketing communications calendar (ATL+BTL) in tune with the company.

l Plan and execute media Publications - print, electronic, etc.

l Plan, Execute, and oversee the Events, Exhibitions, Mall Demos, Canopy Activities, Campaigns & Etc.

l Understand the own product specifications and solutions to suggest design the product catalogs, Fliers, Scheme Communications, Banners, Cutouts, Display Stands Etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
