l Responsible for end-to-end marketing function for the Mall.
l Conceptualize, plan, develop, budget, and execute marketing communication activities and events to place our product in the market for the Mall.
l Develop an annual calendar of activities and events for the Mall within budget
l Ensure good take-up of all Marcom spaces including ad panels, and kiosks.
l Initiate activities to convert footfalls into sales.
l Monitor and review effectiveness of marketing programs for future rollout (KPIs include tracking shopper and retailer participation, revenues and footfalls etc.)
l Oversee the daily running of the mall's customer service desk. Develop and train Marcom staff.
l Co-ordination and execution of promotional and advertising activities undertaken by tenants and clients.
l Plan the marketing communications calendar (ATL+BTL) in tune with the company.
l Plan and execute media Publications - print, electronic, etc.
l Plan, Execute, and oversee the Events, Exhibitions, Mall Demos, Canopy Activities, Campaigns & Etc.
l Understand the own product specifications and solutions to suggest design the product catalogs, Fliers, Scheme Communications, Banners, Cutouts, Display Stands Etc.
