Core Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

Create and execute comprehensive referral marketing strategies to encourage existing customers to spread the word.

Program Management:

Design, launch, and oversee referral programs, including managing referral links and optimizing the customer enrollment process.

Incentive & Reward Management:

Select and manage appropriate incentives for referrers and referred customers to boost program participation.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

Track key referral metrics, analyze trends, and use data-driven insights to improve program effectiveness and maximize conversions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with existing customers to build loyalty and transform them into active brand advocates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure referral efforts align with overall business objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

Regularly monitor program performance, prepare reports for management, and make adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Communication:

Effectively communicate program details, benefits, and updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Essential for building trust and relationships with customers and fostering collaboration with internal teams.

Analytical Skills:

To interpret referral data, measure success, and make informed decisions for program optimization.

Marketing & Digital Marketing Experience:

Understanding of digital marketing principles, including the use of CRM software.

Consumer Behavior Understanding:

To design effective programs that encourage customer engagement and advocacy.

Time Management & Organization:

To manage multiple aspects of referral programs and campaigns effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
