Key Role of Referral Market Access to have Sales Skill (communication/selling efficiency)

Referral Sales to meet all Key Doctors / Nursing Home / Clinics / Diagnostic Services for services on day to day basis / regular on periodic.

Sales Skills / Problem Solving Skills / Managerial Skill settings / Product Wise Training on Speciality wise to focus on Head & Neck Cancer / Brain Cancer / Breast Cancer / Gastrointestinal Cancer / Gynaecological Cancer / HIPEC / Ortho Oncology / Uro Oncology / Medical Oncology / Haemato Oncology / Radiation/Radiology / Others / SRS/ SRT/V-MAT/SBRT / TARE / PET CT

Preparation and understanding how to focus on TOP LINE TGT / P & L / Domestic TGT Revenue / EBIDTA / CASH FLOW

Explore and Identify New potential territories to expand business in Bangalore Regional Markets.

Partner with the corporate marketing team and sales leadership team to develop the sales strategy for the hospital in order to achieve the revenue targets of Individual and Top Line of Hospital

Conceptualize new initiatives for increasing sales and top of mind recall potential patients/customers and to leverage the Cytecare Hospital Brand.

Identify new markets; new engagements, new specialties and ways to drive future business

Identify key sources of business and translation/allocation of targets to the sources i.e. Doctor marketing/referrals

Manage the profitability of the Hospital by ensuring Sales expenses are commensurate with the turnover achieved (ROI)

Monitor the day-to-day operations , so that business and sales practices are conducted with great professionalism and integrity.

Develop and manage the fiscal budget related to sales activities. Develop and execute plans within allocated budget. Ensure expenses remain within budgetary guidelines

Gather market intelligence with respect to services offered and their pricing by competitor hospitals and apprise the management of the same in a timely manner. Propose appropriate corrective action as necessary

Co-coordinate with the Marketing team for all marketing and Branding activities. Provide inputs to corporate sales team to further enhance the impact of marketing initiatives.

Master Doctors Data Management to be maintained 1) Quarterly updation of Referral Doctor Master data base 2)Active Referral Doctors - Effective Coverage 3) Execution Planners followed to convert Referral Drs - C / B / A /A+

Focus on expanding Visiting Consultants Tie Up to Hospitals /

Conceptualize and implement various direct sales initiatives to reach customers directly. Organize the OTO / RTM / CAMP / OPD / CME / CONFERENCES / LIVE WORK SHOP / TRAINING VC at OT / Hospital Tour / Associate Hospital Tieup / periodically with ROI Updates.

Periodically analyzing MIS reports to draw inferences, trends and inputs to be used for marketing. Analyze advertising and marketing spends to ensure marketing budgets are utilized effectively

Follow the Process of Medical Service Payout / Invoices / Thanking Letter and update on Time

Coordination and hand holding Patient Care / Services and feedback to referral doctors on day to day basis

Analysing Competitor Activities engaged to capture Market Share with Cytecare Hospital.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
