### Key Responsibilities:
Referral Development*
Establish and strengthen relationships with general practitioners, maternity clinics, and other healthcare providers for OBG referrals.
Conduct regular visits to referral doctors and clinics to update them on hospital services, new consultants, and treatment facilities.
Identify new potential referral sources and develop strategies to convert them into active partners.
Promotions & Awareness*
Promote hospital's OBG specialists, maternity packages, IVF/fertility care, and women's health programs.
Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), health talks, and awareness camps in collaboration with doctors and clinics.
Distribute promotional materials (brochures, service packages, etc.) to referral sources.
Patient Coordination*
Ensure smooth coordination for referred patients and provide feedback to the referring doctors.
